Rogue Soba Ale Clone Kit

This delicate and nutty ale is a collaboration between Rogue Brewing and Masaharu Morimoto, one of the Iron Chef stars. Soba is a type of buckwheat from the rhubarb family, and brings a delightful new flavor to the brew pot. Makes 5 gallons.

Rogue clone kits DO NOT come with yeast!  Please be sure to add on a suitable yeast variety to be shipped with your kit.  We recommend the Wyeast Pacman strain, WLP001, or US-05.
