Mad Millie Camembert Kit
Craft you own creamy rich Camembert in your kitchen! Camembert is made by using a white surface mold which infuses the cheeses interior in order to create a silky, creamy consistency. This cheese must be matured for approximately four weeks before it can be consumed. This cheese kit provides you with all the specialized ingredients and equipment to make your own Camembert and other white mold ripened cheeses. This is a great kit to start experimenting with aging cheeses. Once you have mastered the Camembert recipe in the included booklet. This kit is for intermediate-level cheese makers, and allows you to craft creamy, silky-smooth Camembert in your own kitchen! It will take around a day to make over 20 camembert cheeses, and then you need to allow an additional month's aging. Takes about 1 day to make, not including aging time of about 5 weeks.
